About the Class

Make a cute zippered case.to carry and store your Oliso mini iron, or other small iron. This versatile bag can be used for jewelry and other accessories as well. We’ll give you two options for handle placement as well as tips on zippers and binding. Level: intermediate to advanced and requires some prep work ahead of time.
Dave’s Bernina will furnish machines along with all feet, hoops and machine needles needed.

Fabric Requirements

Fat quarter for main fabric A
Fat quarter for main fabric B
1/2 yard of lining fabric
1/2 yard of Bosal In-R-Foam Single Sided Fusible Foam or Soft and Stable
22” double slide zipper
10” length of 1” wide webbing

Class Supply List

Wonder clips
Mini iron with mat
Scissors
Straight pins
50wt cotton thread (I prefer Aurifil thread. It’s high quality thread)
Fabric marking pen
Ruler
Hand sewing needle to finish binding
BSK (Basic Sewing Kit)
Rotary cutter, cutting mat and ruler

*Purchase the pattern, pre-cut all pattern pieces and quilt the top piece. Sample is quilted with a 1/2” straight line cross hatch. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the instructor directly.
